Every election cycle, it seems as though you hear the same talking points from everyone, from pundits to candidates. They say how unprecedented November will be, how it will change the course of history, and how much is at stake.

Well, Johh, we’re here to tell you that this November we truly are facing the most important election of our lifetimes. We’re not saying that just because it’s what everyone is saying or because we want to scare you – we’re saying it because it’s the truth. Here’s why:

→ MAGA extremism has continued to get louder. Ever since Republicans took the House majority in 2022, they have proven they’re beholden to the whims of these extremists. The legislation they’re trying to advance is dangerous and dragging our country backward. We can’t allow them to keep leading.

→ Abortion rights are on the line. Since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade two years ago, we’ve seen more and more devastating legislation attacking reproductive rights – including restrictions on access to the abortion pill and laws criminalizing doctors who perform abortion services. We need to elect Democratic leaders up and down the ballot who will fight back against these dangerous attacks and defend reproductive rights .

→ The future of the Supreme Court hangs in the balance. We’ve seen the damage that the 6-3 conservative majority on the Supreme Court has had on our lives. The next president may have the opportunity to change the makeup of the Court – an outcome which will affect our lives for decades to come. The future of abortion rights, gun safety, and our very democracy could come down to what happens this November.
