Our Revolution is proud to invite you to a Special Event to support Jonathan Tasini - our endorsed candidate for the Portland, Oregon City Council - this Thursday, June 13th, at 5:30pm ET!

Jonathan is a long-time labor activist and he’s committed to leading the fight for workers in Portland as an elected official.

That’s why Liz Shuler, President of the AFL-CIO, is hosting this fundraising event along with other union leaders and progressive leaders, including Our Revolution Executive Director Joseph Geevarghese.

We’re encouraging our supporters in the DMV area to split a contribution with Jonathan and Our Revolution. But even if you are unable to donate - come out, listen to his ideas, and support his campaign in any way you can.

Jonathan has the most union endorsements of any of the 70+ candidates vying for seats on the newly restructured Portland City Council. An entire new government structure means a clean slate—a totally new 12-member City Council.

This is a chance to think big, do great policy and be a labor laboratory for the entire country. We all talk about building power from the local level — this is a huge opportunity to do so.

Jonathan is knocking on every door in the district and meeting voters every day. Your support will help him reach more voters with his message.
