Heidi Fiechtner Counselor Moorcroft Secondary School, CCSD #1
Heidi Fiechtner is a very caring and empathetic counselor that has done an amazing job building relationships with our student body. She works tirelessly with all students, to help them become as successful as their potential warrants. She works with our junior high students everyday on life skills during our exploratory hour. She is an integral part in our school improvement process, working with the SIP team to organize our students weekly into our changing intervention periods.
"Heidi is an amazing addition to Moorcroft Secondary where she has set her expectations high for what she wants to accomplish, and is well on her way to achieving those goals. She is respected by students and staff, and makes sure that everyone knows she is there for them.”
– Nick Redden, Principal Moorcroft Secondary School
