This time a senior living center shut down a resident – our client – from sharing Bible tracts with fellow residents, even though there’d been zero complaints.

One official called the Scripture tracts "garbage."

We quickly sent a demand letter defending her constitutional rights and demanding that immediate action be taken to correct this discriminatory policy. Then they tried to evict her. Now we're taking legal action.

We scored a legal win for a teacher who was forbidden from praying anywhere a student might see her.

The court found that since the school updated its policy after receiving our demand letter, there is no longer anything "that explicitly prohibits praying in the presence of students."

This effectively upholds our client's right to pray, even if students might see her, as the case proceeds to trial.
