Join 211/CIE San Diego and Health Leads on June 24-26, for the 8th Annual CIE Summit ([link removed]) ! This hybrid event will be hosted in person ([link removed]) at the University of San Diego campus’ Hahn University Center, and virtually through the Whova conference app.
This year’s content focuses on sharing innovations in designing and implementing community-led care infrastructure from emerging CIE models across the nation. Workshops will focus on lessons learned, best practices, and practical applications across early to late stages of planning and implementation. Topics will also focus on innovative approaches to shared governance, community voice, health data utility, technical infrastructure, and interoperability.
