According to LGBTQ+ Victory Fund's research, John, LGBTQ+ women are severely underrepresented at all levels of government (and the representation gap is HUGE for trans women). But there's good news: when they step up to run, they win! They say women belong in the house… the U.S. House, the Governor's mansion, state houses and local offices, of course.

And this year, LGBTQ+ women have stepped up to run and fight back against extremism. Pitch in today to give them all the support and resources they need to cross the finish line!

Running as an out woman isn't easy - they can face extreme hate and bigotry just because of who they are and who they love. But whether they’re running to fight bigotry or simply to serve their community, LGBTQ+ women candidates are the best antidote against the homophobia, transphobia and racism that’s increasingly present in the public square. By drawing on their authentic lived experiences, they're brining a new perspective to the table - and blazing a trail for future generations of LGBTQ+ leaders.
