Father?s Day ? June 16
Did you know there were an estimated 231,000 stay-at-home dads in the U.S. in 2023?
Students will discover this and lots of other dad-related stats in our Father?s Day Fun Facts handout like the history behind this special day, the number of single fathers whose children under 18 live with them, the number of general automotive repair businesses in the nation, and more! The accompanying teaching guide will kick start inspiration for how to use the fact sheet in the classroom, regardless of grade level. For example, students can select one of the stores in the ?Gift Ideas for Dad? section and draw conclusions about how that industry decides where to build stores or interview a father to find out what it?s like to be a dad.
