In fact, for millions of Americans, premiums alone account for more than 10% of household income.

Now, due to the COVID-19 crisis, more than 16 million Americans are newly unemployed. And the number continues to grow.

But what are we doing to ensure these Americans are covered and without the financial burden?

I believe our health care system needs bold change.

But for now, we need immediate fixes within the current structure to get families through this time and into economic recovery.
