Interactive: Rights Around the World

How do you use this resource in the classroom?

Rights Around the World allowed my students to gain a deeper understanding of the rights we enjoy in America by viewing them through a global lens. They were also able to compare the ideals some nations claim versus the realities of life in authoritarian countries. This resource deeply engaged my students and provided many of us with excellent topics for discussion.

In addition to historic birthdays, anniversaries, and constitutional trivia, the calendar also includes the latest information on the Center’s 2024-2025 programs to help you plan your full year of constitutional learning. Calendars will be shipped in late July.
