Friend,

A group of Democratic AGs gathered in Austin recently to strategize on defending the right to an abortion.

The meeting came during the Texas state GOP convention — appropriate, as Texas Republicans and GOP AG Ken Paxton have worked together to ban the procedure in almost all cases in the state.

Ken Paxton isn’t the only Republican AG who’s bad on abortion, though. Dave Sunday, the Republican attorney general candidate in Pennsylvania, refused to rule out prosecuting doctors who provide abortions and women who receive them.

Dan Bishop, the GOP nominee in North Carolina, supports banning abortion before women even know they’re pregnant, with no exceptions for rape or incest, and supports throwing doctors in prison for helping women obtain abortion access.

Dave Sunday and Dan Bishop will both appear on the ballot this November, and we have to defeat them and protect abortion access. Will you pitch in $5 today to help defend reproductive rights? [[link removed]]

While Democrats are meeting to strategize about protecting abortion, Republicans are scheming to tear our rights away. That’s the difference. That’s what’s at stake.
