The latest on election fraud and mail-in ballot cases in Pennsylvania
* A Pennsylvania court affirmed ([link removed]) the dismissal of a 2022 right-wing lawsuit that tried to decertify Lycoming County’s 2020 election results.
* A non-profit group sued ([link removed]) Lancaster County for rejecting mail-in ballots where voters forgot to write the last two digits of the current year on the outer envelope. The group says the state told counties to include these ballots.
* A Pennsylvania court allowed the Republican National Committee (RNC) and Pennsylvania Republicans to intervene ([link removed]) in a lawsuit challenging the state’s law that does not allow misdated or undated mail-in ballots to be counted.

Six months out from the 2024 election, Louisiana still doesn’t have state legislative maps
* Louisiana officials told ([link removed]) a federal court it won't adopt new state House and Senate districts after the prior maps were struck down for violating the Voting Rights Act. The state is waiting for the 5th Circuit to decide whether private plaintiffs can contest unfair maps.

Colorado Governor hands loss to activists pushing for ranked choice voting
* The Colorado Voters First group hopes to get an initiative on the ballot this November that would implement ranked choice voting for the 2026 election if approved by voters.
* Colorado Gov. Jared Polis (D) signed ([link removed]) a bill that will delay the implementation of ranked choice voting if voters approve the new method in a November ballot initiative.
* Polis said due to the signing of this new law, ranked choice voting likely would not be implemented until 2028.

California county sees ballot mistake in controversial election
* Shasta County, California officials admitted ([link removed]) to making an error in printing the ballot for the March 5 primary election — in which a self-proclaimed MAGA candidate narrowly lost her race for an open board of supervisors seat.

Trump’s allies continue to get charged for 2020 election subversion…last week, it was in Wisconsin
* Kenneth Chesebro, James Troupis and Michael Roman were each charged ([link removed]) in Wisconsin with a single felony count of forgery in connection to a 2020 fake electors scheme.
* The trio was allegedly involved in an attempt to subvert Wisconsin’s presidential election results and falsely declare Donald Trump the winner of the state’s 10 electoral votes.
