We know we’ve emailed you a lot about completing the Census lately – we promise it’s only because it’s SO important!

As you probably know by now, the 2020 Census will determine funding and representation for our communities for the next decade. And here’s the deal – the confusion caused by COVID-19 is going to make it harder than ever to get an accurate count. People are living places they normally wouldn’t be, busy Census phone lines may deter participation, and in-person follow-up is going to be difficult with social distancing measures in place.

We need all hands on deck to ensure a complete, accurate count – can we count on you to help spread the word about the Census?

We’ve made it easy with some sample tweets here – but feel free to get creative with what you share (and don’t forget to tag @RockTheVote)!
