We've worked together on issues critical to Georgia and the progressive movement nationwide. The photo above is me and Jamaal as we championed the RAP ACT outside of the Capitol to protect artists from unfair prosecution. Since he was elected to Congress, we've worked together on dozens of issues – and Jamaal has always been a strong advocate for gun violence prevention, health care reform, climate action, civil rights expansion, and the protection of our working families.

But after standing up to special interest groups and prioritizing the voices of his constituents, Jamaal's seat in Congress is in jeopardy.

Outside spending groups are dumping money into his primary opponent's campaign – we're talking about MILLIONS of dollars to remove one of Congress's most progressive voices.

But no matter how tough of a position he's in, Jamaal is always going to put people over politics – which is why it's even more important to help him get re-elected this fall.
