Our first STOP THE BLEED® Day Webinar was met with resounding success!

The event highlighted the upcoming release of new resources, gave on overview of resources currently available for Licensees, and featured a Q&A section

with attendees.

My name is Luis Alfredo Arias Paz, unit R15 of the search and rescue group, military career firefighter with the rank of Captain, academic degree in Fire Sciences and Fire Safety, graduated from the National University of Chemical Engineering, University of Santander - Also Rescue and Prehospital Emergencies Technician Accredited in the Southwest SAR Group of the Marco Fidel Suarez EMAVI military aviation school - My Professional Training Center is called Search and Rescue Operational Group GOBYR INTERNATIONAL, where I am the General Director. Since I learned about the STOP THE BLEED® campaign, I committed to training others and raising awareness about the importance of knowing how to control life-threatening bleeding and being equipped for any emergency.

Training is at the heart of the STOP THE BLEED® campaign and STOP THE BLEED® Instructors are the ones that make the heart beat! The Instructor Spotlight shines a bright light on individuals engaging their communities about STOP THE BLEED®.

The Coalition is a community of individuals and organizations who are passionate about the STOP THE BLEED® campaign. The Coalition’s goal is to support the growth and impact of the campaign by providing access to information and services to the growing STOP THE BLEED® community as well as financial support to the STOP THE BLEED® Project.

STOP THE BLEED® is a national campaign to encourage bystanders to become trained, equipped, and empowered to help in a bleeding emergency before professional help arrives. It is a public/private partnership led by the Department of Defense and many other stakeholders, including the Stop the Bleed Coalition.
