Supreme Court Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas are clearly biased when it comes to cases related to Trump and his deadly insurrection. Neither of them should preside over the cases the Court is considering.

Justice Alito’s homes have played host to two flags expressing solidarity with the January 6th rioters. Justice Thomas’ wife was actively involved in efforts to overturn the 2020 election results. These are the most clear cut examples of bias and conflict of interest. It’s clear these justices have no respect for the oath they took. The credibility of our judicial system is seriously at stake.

We must demand accountability from those who hold the highest offices in our land. Justices Alito and Thomas' actions and conflicts of interest warrant their recusal from any cases involving Donald Trump and January 6. Sign now.
