Right now, my friend and colleague Congressman Jamaal Bowman is fighting for re-election in one of the country’s most tightly-contested primary races.

Corporate interests recruited a challenger to run against him in NY-16, and they have spent millions trying to drown out his message and defeat him.

Understand this: These corporate interests want Jamaal Bowman out of Congress so they can prop up someone else who will only look out for them — not the interests of working people. For his past two terms, he has been advocating for public schools, teachers, and students. Securing critical funding for his district. Fighting to make housing more affordable.
