John,

In breaking news, the Supreme Court has just set the first-ever oral arguments by telephone in the coming weeks.

We’ve been deeply involved in several of these critical cases that had been indefinitely postponed.

We filed a major amicus brief once again in defense of the Little Sisters of the Poor to defeat the abortion-pill mandate’s assault on religious freedom.

Sign Our Petition: Defeat Abortion-Pill Mandate at SCOTUS.

We filed a critical Supreme Court amicus brief to block taxpayer funding to organizations that support human trafficking.

And we filed a crucial amicus brief at the Supreme Court to defend churches and religious schools from being forced to hire against their faith.

Sign Our Petition: Defend Churches at the Supreme Court.

Fighting for life and freedom at the Supreme Court is what the ACLJ was built on, and it’s what we will continue to do – because of you.

TODAY – April 15th – is also traditionally Tax Day in America; and while it has been postponed to July because of the Coronavirus, it is a strong reminder that we face many taxpayer-funded battles at the Supreme Court. Thank you for standing with us.

ACLJ Chief Counsel
