One in four bee species is at risk of extinction, and if the planet loses bees, it could have widespread damage on the rest of the ecosystem.1

Walmart says it knows how important bees are, and that they need our help -- but Walmart still has bee-killing pesticides on its shelves.

Tell Walmart: Stop selling toxic bee-killing pesticides.

Walmart has already said that it cares about protecting our pollinators. The superstore is encouraging its fresh produce suppliers to phase out the use of pesticides known to harm bees and is labeling pollinator-friendly plants in its stores.2 That's a positive step.

Which is why it doesn't make sense that in those same stores, Walmart continues to sell the very pesticides that kill bees.

Walmart can and should do more. These pesticides are incredibly harmful to bees and their hives, causing uncontrollable shaking and paralysis in bees before they die. And bees can unknowingly carry pesticide residues back to the hive, threatening the entire colony.3

When these little bees visit their native habitats, we want them to find colorful flowers full of nectar, not a deadly toxic chemical cocktail.
