Friend – The presidential race is critical this year, but it's not just the top of the ticket that matters. Our fundamental democracy is at stake. Voters have the opportunity to vote for candidates who protect their rights up and down the ballot – and we at the ACLU want to ensure you have everything you need to do so. That's why in this election cycle, we're investing big in safeguarding and advancing everyone's most fundamental freedoms – aimed especially at voting rights and abortion access. Here's where and how we're accomplishing that: → Reproductive freedom ballot measures across eight target states → Supporting key redistricting reform ballot measures in Ohio → Providing critical education to empower voters through the ACLU Voter Education Fund, including for pivotal state legislatures and State Supreme Courts races across the country – and on U.S. Senate candidates in Wisconsin. ACLU Supporter, the future of our democracy should belong to the people, not politicians. But we're at a precipice.
