We hope you've heard the big news by now ... Senator Aaron Rouse is running to be the next Lieutenant Governor of Virginia! We're having our first campaign kickoff event right here in Blacksburg on Monday, June 17th! Our friends Hon. Mary Biggs, Connie & Mark Frogget, Jeff Mitchell, and the Hon. Trish White-Boyd are hosting us starting at 5:00pm and we would love for you to join us.

Senator Aaron Rouse is running for Lt. Governor because he believes that we must do everything we can to protect our Democratic progress here in Virginia. Our blueprint is simple: Democrats must retake control of our statewide offices in 2025.

The old Virginia Way is not working for a lot of Virginians, and it certainly did not resonate with Virginians on a statewide level in 2021 as we were shut out at all three statewide offices. We need new energy and fresh voices and ideas to galvanize voters to show up – Senator Rouse brings that. From City Council to the State Senate, Aaron has a proven track record of winning tough races. And to win statewide, we must win Blacksburg. With so much at stake, there is no margin for error.
