Tell the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality that we say NO to more gas!» [link removed]

John,

NC Republican senators surprised everyone when they brought a dark money change to a bill that was originally about wearing masks in public. They circumvented due process and brought the bill changes to a vote without notice or providing language to colleagues beforehand. House Bill 237 could allow for more mystery money to corrupt our elections, increase corporate influence on elections, and ultimately limit the voice of North Carolinians.

This bill comes as Attorney General Josh Stein continues to outperform his opponent Lt. Gov. Mark Robinson in fundraising for the Governor's race. The bill now goes to the House for a vote on the changes. You can stand up against corrupt election financing.

Contact your house representative and urge them to oppose dark money in our elections! Thank you for taking action and standing up for our health and democracy.
