This year has not been easy: Abortion bans are taking effect in red states across the country, extremist Republicans are openly stating their approval of a nationwide abortion ban and the GOP is relentlessly going after our Democratic Senate majority to undo all the progress we've made. 

We've seen how far the GOP is willing to go to limit reproductive freedom — and with abortion rights on the ballot in November, it's crucial for us to certify the ERA now. 

Friend, certifying the ERA would give us the constitutional basis we need to accomplish what we've spent decades fighting for, including ending the pay gap, protecting marriage equality and restoring reproductive rights nationwide.
