Public input is sought for updates to the New Jersey State Wildlife Action Plan (NJ SWAP), which focuses on the conservation of species and habitats to prevent them from becoming more rare and harder to protect or restore. For the first time, plants and fungi have been added to the NJ SWAP, which was last updated in 2018. NJDEP Fish & Wildlife would like your opinion on the plant and fungi species that have been added to the NJ SWAP. Submit feedback by July 12, 2024.
