‌John,

Chris is proud to stand with gun safety organizations this #WearOrange day to demand change. Communities across the nation have experienced the effects of the gun violence epidemic — on any given day, hundreds of Americans are victims of gun violence. This is unacceptable.

Thoughts and prayers are not enough — Chris believes we need to respond to these tragedies with action. That's why he has actively led the fight for gun safety legislation in Congress.

Over the past two years, our nation has made a lot of progress. Under President Biden's leadership, Congress has passed one of the most comprehensive packages of legislation aimed at curbing gun violence. From incentivizing states to pass red flag laws to expanding background checks and closing the boyfriend loophole — Chris was proud to vote for the provisions of this bill. He is ready to keep fighting for further measures that will keep all Americans safe.

We cannot grow complacent. We cannot accept mass shootings as the cost of living in the United States. We need to take strong action now to end this epidemic. Will you stand with Chris and demand Congress continue to fight for gun violence prevention measures? Add your name >> [link removed]

Thank you,
