I’m excited to be working with Dolly and her team to expand this books-to-children program, whose mission is to inspire a love of reading by providing universal access to free, high-quality, and age-appropriate books each month for children ages 0 to 5 years old throughout Oregon.

This innovative program will help our efforts to improve early childhood literacy rates in our state. I’m thrilled to have Dolly as a partner in these efforts.
