The City of Ann Arbor is announcing the launch of the A2ZERO Food Waste Challenge, which runs June 9–15. This initiative will educate about food waste-reduction strategies; share how to shop, store, consume and dispose of food in a way that reduces carbon emissions; and also includes several events throughout the week where residents can learn more about techniques.
