Washington, D.C. — Emgage Action unequivocally condemns the latest atrocity committed against a UN-run school in Gaza. This heinous crime, reportedly executed using U.S.-made munitions, has resulted in the tragic loss of atleast 35 lives, including many innocent children, according to recent news reports.
"We are deeply appalled by this barbaric attack," said Wa'el Alzayat, CEO of Emgage Action. "The use of American-made weapons in this massacre is particularly distressing. We call upon President Biden to fulfill his promise to cease the provision of these deadly weapons, especially in light of the attack on Rafah."
Emgage Action urges immediate action to end the ongoing violence and prevent further loss of life. The U.S. must take a firm stance against the use of its military aid in such devastating assaults. The organization encourages everyone to use this call to action to contact officials and urge for a ceasefire in Rafah, and a suspension of offensive weapons deliveries to Israel.
