Reproductive care is health care, period. But after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, Republican-led states have passed laws that severely restrict or ban access to reproductive care. Now, National Republicans are voting against contraceptive access and attacking IVF. Just yesterday Republicans blocked a vote on our Right to Contraception Act, which would’ve protected people’s right to contraceptives. That’s why we joined our Democratic colleagues to introduce the Let Doctors Provide Reproductive Health Care Act, which would protect health care providers from being targeted by some of these outrageous proposals.
We’re working every day to protect access to reproductive health care from those who seek to deny women their freedom and dignity. Thank you for standing alongside us and making your voice heard. — John |
