There’s no confusion about what this bill would have accomplished. The Right to Contraception Act would ​​protect our rights to condoms, IUDs, the pill, emergency contraception, and other forms of contraception — all of it.

So why would a bill like this fail?

Because extremist right-wing groups like Susan B Anthony List, National Right to Life, and the Heritage Foundation that fund and support these Senators falsely assert that IUDs and Plan B cause abortions.
