Hi there, it’s Deborah Ross,
Just last week, a jury of twelve people unanimously found former President Donald Trump guilty on all counts — thirty-four felony charges — in his hush money trial. This is exactly how the legal system is supposed to function. Nobody is above the law and everyone should be treated fairly under the court of law.
In 2020, I ran for Congress on a platform of fairness, equality, and progress, and that’s exactly why I’m running for re-election this year. I’m running to build a North Carolina that works for ALL of us, one that defends democracy and refuses to allow extremism to fester.
Extremist Republicans would rather decry the ruling of Trump’s fair trial rather than see it for what it is — an honest result of our legal system. They would rather make baseless accusations than redirect their focus to representing the hard-working people who voted for them.
That’s not why I’m in Congress. I’m running for re-election because I love North Carolina. Every single person in Wake County is my number one priority every single day I step into the halls of Congress. I’m ready to cut through the political theatrics and continue to fight alongside you.
We’re in this together, and with just five months left until Election Day, your support will go a long way. Will you support my re-election campaign with a donation of $ or $ today? [[link removed]]

In 2020, Deborah became the first Democrat in over a decade to be elected to represent North Carolina’s 2nd Congressional district. In her first term, eleven pieces of legislation she introduced were signed into law. These measures increased funding for sexual assault nurse examiners, enhanced judicial ethics and transparency, and bolstered North Carolina’s offshore wind energy potential. Deborah needs your support to continue the fight for fairness, equality, and progress. Let’s do this together.
