Yesterday, the Senate voted on advancing a bill that would guarantee Americans the right to contraceptive medication. Senate Republicans tanked the bill and single-handedly put a vital piece of women’s healthcare at risk.

It’s not enough for Republicans to go after abortion rights. They’ve already gone after in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures in the states – now, they’re going after birth control. They won’t stop until their radical agenda destroys women’s reproductive care. We have to put a stop to their efforts.

Not too long ago, Donald Trump said that if he was elected back into the White House, he’d go after contraception medication and more. With this vote, Senate Republicans proved once again they’ll do his bidding.
