Dear Judicial Watch Member,

I want to alert you to recent developments on three critically important Judicial Watch legal battlegrounds...which illustrate how our biggest caseload ever is putting us on the front lines in the battles for the rule of law and government transparency.

And I respectfully ask you to consider a special contribution today so that we can keep the pressure on all these fronts!

Contribute

First, we filed a class action lawsuit last week in federal court against Evanston, Illinois, over the city's use of race as an eligibility requirement for a reparations program which makes $25,000 payments to black residents and descendants of black residents who lived in Evanston between 1919 and 1969.

This program is nothing more than a ploy to redistribute tax dollars to individuals based on race...and it unconstitutionally discriminates against anyone who does not identify as Black or African American.

We believe that "no discrimination based on race" means "no discrimination based on race." Our lawsuit will be a historic defense of our color-blind Constitution!

Contribute

Second, last week we also filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for official emails in the personal email account of Dr. David Morens, a senior advisor to Dr. Anthony Fauci, when Fauci was director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We sued because HHS stonewalled our original FOIA request, after it was revealed that Dr. Morens intentionally used his personal email to hide conversations about the origins of COVID-19 and subvert federal transparency laws. Judicial Watch broke open Hillary Clinton's improper use of personal email servers to do official business when she was Secretary of State...and we will not let other government officials violate federal law in order to circumvent the people's "right to know" and avoid accountability for their actions!

Contribute

Third, in response to a Judicial Watch FOIA request, two weeks ago we received records from the District of Columbia that explain to illegal aliens and other noncitizens how they can register to vote in Washington, DC elections!

Our release of these shocking documents put renewed pressure on Congress, which oversees DC, to act responsibly and overturn this practice. Illegal aliens and noncitizens should not vote in any elections...and thankfully, one week ago a bipartisan majority in the House of Representatives overturned the DC law, although a fight awaits in the Senate.

Contribute

We're in court fighting against woke racial discrimination policies, we're in court fightingfor the American people's right to know about how our government responded to COVID, and we're using the legal system to expose the Left's corruption of honest elections...and these are just three fronts where Judicial Watch is standing up for the rule of law!

We can do even more if you will help us with a contribution today

Contribute

Thank you, in advance, for your support!

Sincerely,

Thomas Fitton
President
