Yesterday, Roy joined 11 other Democratic governors from across the nation in calling on President Trump's administration to open a special enrollment period for the Affordable Care Act.

In unprecedented times like these, we need to ensure that every North Carolinian can get the health care that they need.

The way we defeat this virus is through widespread testing, but testing can be prohibitively expensive for those without health care.

Taking every step possible to expand access to health insurance is not just a responsible choice for the health of the individual, but also for the health of our communities, our state, and the country.
