State GOP says parents should pull kids out of public schools because they’ll 'trans' kids.
They emailed parents and said that kids turn trans if they're angry at their parents and schools will encourage their "fetish." -- LGBTQ Nation
Absolutely ridiculous, John. This anti-LGBTQ leader - who also happens to be the former leader of the local Moms for Liberty chapter - is now URGING parents to pull their kids our of schools, lest their children be tricked into coming out as trans or LGBTQ+. Not only is this rhetoric downright hateful, but it's patently false. And even worse? It's creating a dangerous environment for LGBTQ+ kids and their families.
These are the same groups that are passing hateful bills in the state legislature and trying to rollback our fights are the federal level. We have to stand together against this toxic hate and ensure their rhetoric is drowned out during Pride Month.
