"Almighty God: Our sons, pride of our Nation, this day have set upon a mighty endeavor..." President Franklin D. Roosevelt gave this D-Day prayer during the heat of battle on June 6, 1944. Not only did these men have the "pride of our Nation," I recently learned they have the gratitude of the world. |

A Christian Response to Pride Month |
by Suzanne Bowdey |
For Americans who used to dread June and its suffocating rainbow excess, this year feels different. A week into the obligatory LGBT pandering, and the storyline hasn't been Pride - but Pride pushback. From companies' overwhelming timidity to sports leagues' scaled-back messaging, there's new respect for (or fear of) grassroots' backlash. "Activism ain't selling like it used to," Michael Serazio argues. But that doesn't mean conservatives - and Christians in particular - aren't coming face to face with the celebration of ideas that completely contradict their worldview. And the question is: How should they respond when they do? |

The 'Right to Contraception Act' Is a 'Trojan Horse' for Abortion and Transgender Surgeries: Experts |
by Ben Johnson |
The Senate voted Wednesday to block a bill putatively designed to protect a woman's right to birth control. Experts say its vague wording would establish the "right" for young people to undergo transgender surgeries, taxpayer-funded contraception and abortifacients, and could even be interpreted to legalize abortion. It would also erode religious liberty protections. |

by Sarah Holliday |
Boys vs Women is a website that "tracks the differences in scoring between grown women and boys to show that, in most cases, adult women aren't even fast enough or strong enough to beat high school boys in sports," Breitbart explained. At the top of their page is the question: "If boys win against the fastest women, is it fair for males to compete in female-only athletic events?" To answer this question, Boys vs Women posted on X poll data that shows the support for trans-identifying athletes competing in women's sports has significantly declined over the years. |

Expert: Military's Pride Posts 'Prioritize the Trivial to the Detriment of the Significant' |
by Sarah Holliday |
In honor of Pride Month, the U.S. Navy SEALs and Naval Special Warfare Command's Facebook page shared a post that read, with the words spread out across a rainbow background, "NSW. Dignity. Service. Respect. Equality. Pride." The Navy SEALs, which are often regarded as one of the U.S. military's leading and most respected fighting forces, was not able to walk away from the post free of backlash. It "brought a tsunami of criticism and ridicule," LifeSite News reported. They added, "The message was hugely ratioed, eliciting 7,000 mostly negative comments to just 1,500 'likes.'" |
