During Fatherhood Awareness Month, it is critical to highlight one of the top five national crises of our time - that the United States has the highest rate of children that grow up without a father than any country in the world...x3, according to Pew Research.
In the black community the rate of children growing up without a father is approximately 80% and in the Latino community of the Twin Cities the rate is 60%. To address this, we are pleased to announce that Victor Martinez has joined TakeCharge as our Minneapolis Manager helping to expand our message and brand in the Latino community of the Twin Cities.
Victor is a pastor of New Generation Church, Minneapolis, MN, and he is leading a transformation to build-up godly men in the Latino community. Victor has been married to his wife, Daysi, for 13-years and they have three children together.
