The situation: National Republicans bought television ad time in Colorado yesterday afternoon. It’s a multi-million dollar ad campaign designed to boost our opponent and falsely attack John’s character in an attempt to reverse our momentum in this battleground Senate race. 

The problem: This month, our fundraising has slowed down just as these Republican groups started spending virtually unlimited sums of money to do as much damage to our campaign as possible. 

Our job: These attacks are a huge threat to the Democrats’ best chance of flipping a Senate seat in November, and we have to generate as many grassroots donations as possible to ensure our team has the financial resources to defend John from these false, nasty attacks.
