Maryland's U.S. Senate race is heating up, John.
Last month, EMILYs List-endorsed candidate Angela Alsobrooks (MD-SEN) advanced to the general election, where she will face Republican former Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan. With just five months to go until Election Day, in a race that could determine control of the U.S. Senate, Hogan is attempting to hide his anti-abortion record. But, John, we're here to set the record straight.

Larry Hogan is anti-choice. Period. His record speaks volumes. As governor, Hogan withheld $3.5 million budgeted for Maryland abortion providers and vetoed measures to expand abortion access, making it harder for Marylanders to access abortion care.
But that's not all. In a televised interview, Hogan doubled down on his anti-choice platform by stating he would not support the Women's Health Protection Act, which would restore Roe v. Wade at a federal level. And, in a New York Times interview, he's gone so far as to say he wouldn't vote to confirm judges who uphold abortion rights.
Angela Alsobrooks won't be fooled, Marylanders won't be fooled, and neither will we, John. Senate Republicans want to flip the chamber by filling it with anti-choice politicians who will rubber stamp their draconian agenda — and a wolf in sheep's clothing like Larry Hogan is the perfect candidate to do their dirty work.
That's why Angela Alsobrooks has our full support in this must-win U.S. Senate race. Donate now to support women like Angela who are holding anti-choice Republicans accountable for their dangerous records:
