Following up on our morning email update, FPC’s new Take Action page is live, allowing you to tell Congress to put a stop to the newly introduced Federal “Assault Weapons” ban (the GOSAFE Act).

You’re going to want to act on this quickly.

This bill was JUST introduced and we need you to make as much noise as you can to ensure we can stop it from gaining any traction.

The GOSAFE Act (HR 8600) will BAN your AR and AK style rifles AND go after your magazines.

And that is just according to the author, Representative Lucy McBath from Georgia.

As the bill text is STILL not available yet, we can only imagine what other insidious surprises she has hidden in her bill.

This bill just got added to the pile of monumental fights that we’re taking on in 2024.

Our legal work CANNOT afford to take a back seat, but we CANNOT afford to sit this fight out either.

So please, take action NOW to help ensure we can put a stop to HR 8600.

And then make a donation to support our grassroots efforts against another piece of tyrannical legislation.
