Friends, not only did Georgia Republicans try to require people to pay for mail-in ballots in a modern-day poll tax -- now they're also assembling a task force to search for non-existent voter fraud and intimidate voters!

The task force will be scrutinizing signatures and addresses, searching for technicalities to disqualify ballots. Never mind that voter fraud is extremely rare -- they just want to scare people into not mailing a ballot in the first place.

This is ridiculous -- we're working overtime to protect our democracy. We've set a mid-month goal of $7,000 that will empower us to rise to this challenge and fight back against voter suppression -- will you pitch in?
