Central Kitsap Project Alert/Road Closure - Fairgrounds Rd NW
(Port Orchard, WA) - Please be advised that there will be a temporary road closure on Fairgrounds Rd NW between the two entrances to NW Grandstand St starting June 20, 2024 through July 11, 2024. The closure will be in effect during working hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Motorists and pedestrians traveling on Fairgrounds Rd NW will be detoured on to NW Grandstand St.
This closure is part of the safe routes to school Fairgrounds Road Sidewalk Improvement Project. The purpose is to allow our crews to safely install soldier pile walls, which are essential for the project's success. The closure is necessary to ensure the safety of both motorists and work crews during this construction period.
