So Arizona's GOP is doing something. They uncovered evidence of 500,000 to 1,300,000 possible illegals registered- so they are suing to clean up our voter rolls.
Democrat Adrian Fontes won't do it. So we will make him!
The Washington Examiner has this:
The Arizona Republican Party and the Arizona Free Enterprise Club filed a lawsuit against Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes this week.
Both organizations have accused Fontes of violating numerous issues related to the National Voter Registration Act, according to a post on X. The lawsuit concerns discrepancies in the state’s voter registration system and the presence of allegedly ineligible voters on Arizona’s voter rolls.
“Accurate voter rolls are the bedrock of our constitutional republic,” said Gina Swoboda, chairwoman of the Arizona Republican Party. “The rampant presence of ineligible voters on our rolls is unacceptable and undermines the trust Arizonans place in our electoral process.”
Research into the state’s voter rolls discovered that Arizona allegedly has between 500,000 and 1.27 million invalid registrations, including deceased people and those who have left the state, according to the lawsuit. Additionally, some counties were found to have “outrageous voter registration rates,” with some having a total list of voter names that exceeded “100% of eligible voters.”
“The AZGOP and the Arizona Free Enterprise Club are demanding the immediate implementation of an effective voter list maintenance program to comply with NVRA mandates,” a statement posted on the X account for the Republican Party of Arizona said.
Clearly, the flood of illegals is a huge issue here. We are in a border war.
WE are working on every avenue we can. Legislation, investigations, lawsuits, agreements.
But this is expensive. The Dems- especially Fontes- are fighting us at every turn.
They WANT to import illegals. They WANT illegals to vote.
