With family life and schooling disrupted by the coronavirus, we’re hearing from many parents that their children with ADHD are struggling. Remote learning can be especially hard for kids with attention issues. Being stuck in the house can be challenging for extremely active kids. And kids with ADHD may have trouble managing emotions like frustration and disappointment without acting out.
This week on childmind.org ([link removed]) we share suggestions from our ADHD experts on how to provide extra support and structure to help kids with ADHD focus and manage their behavior at a time that’s stressful for everyone.
