KRON4 reported that a suspect allegedly stabbed two people, one of which was an off-duty San Francisco officer, while attempting steal a vehicle at a South San Francisco gas station.
That suspect was shot at the gas station by the off-duty officer before escaping in a patrol car. He drove himself to a hospital where, when confronted by pursuing officers, produced the knife. Read More. ([link removed])

This is going to end well. In the latest coronavirus outrage (and honestly, it’s getting hard to keep track), Cook County, home of the city that should change its name to the O.K. Corral, Chicago let hundreds of inmates walk from its jails, claiming this was done for “public safety” reasons over the Chinese coronavirus.
