John xxxxxx,

In a moment, we’re going to ask you to donate to the Labour Party. But before we do, let us explain why:

Last night, Rishi Sunak lied eleven times to the British people about Labour’s tax plans. His campaign is in chaos and he is lashing out in desperation. Millions of people saw it.

This desperation is dangerous.

As you read this, our campaign machine is setting the record straight against the Prime Minister’s lies. We need to be able to broadcast this message far and wide across social media:

Labour will not raise taxes on working people. It’s the Tories who have made £71 billion of unfunded promises that will mean higher taxes and higher borrowing.

But we have a lot of ground to cover - Sunak lied eleven times to an audience of millions. That’s why we need to ask for your help. If you make a contribution today, you will actively make Labour’s message stronger - you’ll help us set the record straight.

Now we’ve explained, we need to ask - can you chip into the campaign fund today? We will start putting it to good use immediately. As you’re reading this, hundreds more supporters are chipping in what they can to help us challenge these desperate lies. Please, join them:

If Rishi Sunak’s lies go unchallenged, he will do it again and again and again. There is far too much on the line here to let that happen. Only Labour will bring about the change this country needs.

Teach Rishi Sunak a lesson - donate today.

Thank you,

UK Labour HQ
