Former President Donald Trump’s campaign files a new anti-voting lawsuit as Trump allies get indicted in a 2020 election scheme.
* The Trump campaign and the Republican National Committee filed ([link removed]) a new lawsuit targeting Nevada's return rules for mail-in ballots. This is the second lawsuit filed by national Republicans this year targeting mail-in voting in the Silver State.
* Trump allies Kenneth Chesebro, James Troupis and Michael Roman were indicted ([link removed]) in Wisconsin in connection with a fake electors scheme to overturn the 2020 election. Each faces one felony count of forgery.

Louisiana passes multiple “election integrity” laws.
* Louisiana Gov. Jeff Landry (R) recently signed ([link removed]) seven anti-voter bills to restrict mail-in voting, create a task force to investigate alleged voter fraud and more. Four more bills await his signature.

There are two ongoing cases in Arizona that could disenfranchise voters.
* Arizona Republican Party chair and Arizona Free Enterprise Club president filed ([link removed]) a lawsuit targeting the state's voter rolls, alleging that the voter registration rates in many of the state's counties are "implausibly high."
* Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes (D), who was a Republican until 2019, appealed ([link removed]) a decision striking down a state law that requires voters to list their place of birth on their voter registration form. A federal court ruled that the requirement violates the Civil Rights Act.
