Happy Pride Month!

This month, we all get to come together to celebrate the vibrance, diversity, and resilience of our LGBTQ+ community. This month especially, I am filled with hope and determination to create a more inclusive and equitable future for everyone. That’s my plan if I win this race, and I’m looking forward to honoring the courage and strength of those who have fought for equality and continue to champion the rights of LGBTQ+ individuals.

If I win this race and go to Washington, I pledge to advocate for policies that protect and uplift the LGBTQ+ community, including ensuring that no one faces discrimination in the workplace, housing, or public services based on their sexual orientation or gender identity.

I will work to guarantee that LGBTQ+ individuals have access to comprehensive and affirming healthcare services; create safe and supportive environments for LGBTQ+ students, free from bullying and harassment; and advocate for marriage equality, parental rights, and the protection of LGBTQ+ families.
