Last week, Donald Trump was convicted on 34 felony charges. However, you and I both know that a guilty verdict won’t impact his Republican nomination for President. In fact, his megadonors will flock to him. That means we need to be just as motivated and work twice as hard to turn out young voters, voters of color, and other historically marginalized voters this election cycle.
Let me be clear, the donors who fund anti-abortion, insurrectionist politicians like Donald Trump and Missouri’s own far-right Republican Senators are propping up Cori’s political opponent, because they know that she is one of the country’s most vocal supporters of the policies that mobilize these voters.
Cori is a champion of Medicare for All and the Green New Deal. She believes the wealthy should pay their fair share and billionaires shouldn’t be able to buy our democracy. And she is advocating for our reproductive freedoms and to make sure that NO politician has ANY place in our reproductive decisions.
