‌John — As we celebrate LGBTQ+ Pride Month, I hope we can all keep equality on our minds and in our hearts.

Each June, we recognize that every American is worthy of love, respect, and support from their community and their country. Love is love.

As vice president, my good friend Joe Biden stood with then-President Obama in support of same-sex marriage. As president, Joe has been an unapologetic ally of the LGBTQ+ movement, and I am proud to be a part of the effort to dismantle the remaining barriers of discrimination against them.

Today, we’re once again seeing increased attacks on this community. From school policies stifling children's learning of diversity, equity, and inclusion to state legislatures restricting access to gender-affirming care, and so much more — it's time for action to secure the rights of the LGBTQ+ community.

John, no one should be denied the right to live their true self. We must continue to fight for equality and support the LGBTQ+ community throughout the year — not just in the month of June. If you agree with me, add your name to this petition >> [link removed]

Thank you,

Chris
