Greater Georgia Newsletter

June 4, 2024

School is out and vacations are underway - but the team at Greater Georgia is spending our summer hard at work, laser-focused on growing our state's conservative movement ahead of November.

Primary season is officially over. As of today, we're exactly five months out until the general election. From our perspective, that means there are five months left to grow our base and share the conservative message - targeting key voting blocs and building new coalitions to drive victories up and down the ballot.

Our update below focuses on just some of the events we've held so far this summer, along with a preview of our upcoming initiatives.

Fox News: Biden's abortion script flipped by businesswoman's boost to pro-life groups

May 23, 2024

In case you missed it, Chairwoman Kelly Loeffler was featured in Fox News last month - where she gave an exclusive interview about her six-figure donation to pro-faith and pro-family groups across Georgia. She spoke about the role that the Left's abortion-on-demand agenda will play in this year's general election, and why the conservative movement must continue to take a strong stand for life. Click HERE to read the full article, or read excerpts below:

"We care about the direction of the economy. We care about the border being closed. We care about crime needing to go down. We care about our kids needing to be able to read by third grade. All these things, and Democrats have been left with making it a single-issue race because they've failed on every single other policy," she said.

"The more money the Biden-Harris campaign spends on their pro-abortion campaign, the further they fall in the polls. So, it's going to be interesting. It's going to be very dynamic. But I think we can be confident that the things that we are for are the advancement of the human condition and not ending the human condition."

Washington Examiner: Georgia Republicans Plot 2024 Comeback with Trump’s Appeal to Black Voters

May 17, 2024

Last month, Chairwoman Kelly Loeffler was featured in the Washington Examiner - which highlighted Greater Georgia and its efforts to engage the black community ahead of November. The article covered Kelly's appearance at the Georgia GOP State Convention, where she joined Fox News Commentator Leo Terrell and WSB Radio Host Shelley Wynter for a fireside chat about the New Conservative Coalition. "Kelly Loeffler may not be a U.S. senator anymore, but she hasn’t strayed far from the center of Georgia politics. Loeffler made an appearance at the Georgia state GOP convention in Columbus Friday to talk about how Republicans can take back the Peach State. Flanked by conservative talk radio hosts Leo Terrell and Shelley Wynter, she hosted a “fireside chat” centered largely on how to win more black voters.

“Democrats need black voters more than black voters need the Democratic Party,” said Loeffler, who served in the Senate in 2020 and 2021 before losing her seat to Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA). “The Trump coalition is good for voters of every color, every religion, every creed.”
